“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“The room was a little smaller than what the pictures seemed to show. Love that the vanity was separate from the tub/shower but it could have been longer. The whole length of the wall (which most places do) would have been nice. We were there for seven days and had to ask for our room to be serviced after four days of no service. The breakfast was the same every day but it was hot and tasted good.”

“I arrived at 2pm, 1 hour before checking after a 3.5 drive, I called ahead and asked if they would please have my room ready, they said they couldnt guarantee it. I arrived and it wasnt ready, so I parked and took their free shuttle to the mall unable to freshen up. “The property was clean. The front desk and maid staff were friendly. Other patrons were also friendly. That reveals the type of visitor your next-door neighbor is. The breakfast with made-to-order omelets had a competent staff at the helm. This location delivers on the room. The bed placement as angled with the walls provided a pleasant change to your standard bed against a wall. The front room was clean. Everything functioned as expected. “The doors to the handicap room we had and locking access door to parking did not have any way to keep them open. Getting a person in a wheelchair through the doors was very difficult...so much so that we did not stay our last night. Also, sidewalk is poorly maintained and bumping from crack to crack threatened to toss person from wheelchair. Definitely will not stay here again.”
